Pearls and Lace, My Favorites!

Pearls and Lace Thursday #96 Pearl Buttons, Salt Spoons, Dried Roses, Lace, and a Winner!

Don't you just love pearl buttons?  I have used these many times in my posts, and I know they'll see lots of other uses as the years go by, but I love them and they make the most charming additions not only to my posts, but my craft room.  This week I have displayed the whole jar on a platter, and used the collection of tiny salt spoons as a cute addition.

The lustre of the buttons has captured my heart.

The shades of whites are incredible.

Add a vintage piece of lace, and some faded roses, and it just doesn't get much better.

Well, yes it does.  God's Word.

Pearls and Lace Thursday has almost reached its 100th post, so be looking for another giveaway coming up soon!!  But in the meantime, I have a winner of my 500 followers giveaway to announce.
Number 8 was chosen by the site Random Number Generator (how on earth do y'all copy and paste that thing???), so if Sweet Miss Danielle from Blessed Serendipity would step forward, please email me your address and I will get the basket of goodies sent to you next week.

And if you'd like to join me for the party this week, please link up your post of pretties to the link below and then join me for a party excursion to some other blogs.  I have a list of regular blogs I attend and LOVE.
Be sure and check out the wonderful posts out there.  I'm always so inspired by you all!!
Blessings to you each for a marvelous week!
Doni

I found a Mason Jar full of buttons at a yard sale last summer and I quickly became a collector of buttons! I have none as beautiful as yours though!

I have my grandmother's button chest ~ three drawers full. I've used many of them on projects through the years. Mother of Pearl buttons are little gems!
