Pearls and Lace Thursday #123 Lacy Thank You to Melanie!

Oh what a fun swap!  My friend Melanie over at French Blue and Peachy Pink and I had a swap last month.
It actually started a month before that, but with the holidays we decided to wait until January.
So, we each got together a box of pretties to share/swap with each other!
It was SO FUN to receive this box of lovelies!  I have had more fun with these gorgeous pieces!!
She is a budding florist (now isn't that cute..wink!), and a wonderful lady full of love and beauty.  Her personality is sweet and generous.  She has truly become a dear friend over the months we've been corresponding and I'm so excited to share with you our recent swap.
Want to see????

The Pearls and Lace theme, with not only pink and cream (my fave color combo), but the cross-stitch initials just made my day.  But it got even better.  A flour sack from Sydney (Australia is where Melanie lives).

I was SO excited about the precious Sajou cross-stitch chart!!!  One of my favorite things!!

Gorgeous laces, trims, crocheted roses, bits and bobs of vintage beauty.

A gorgeous salt dip that is a lovely shade of peachy pink....it will always remind me of my new friend Melanie!

Is this doll not adorable??  And Melanie told me her name is PEARL!!  Perfect!!!

Happiness and Love

And I'd like for you to come see me!!

Thank you so much Melanie!!  Your love and friendship are precious!

And a Valentine for all of you...
the best One of all.

I have to say something here...I have never been more blessed in blogland than I was this past week.  You see, my previous Pearls and Lace Thursday was featured.  Not just once, but multiple times!!!

Sitting here with rose thorns deep in my fingertips and aching bones from Valentines Day preparations I pulled myself into a standing position and limped over to my computer to check out the blog world. My aches are now duller and I have a smile on my face from your beautiful words and friendship.
How blessed to have found such a friend in you.
Thankyou Doni, I am so happy that you love your treasures xo
